ASK FOR AN APPOINTMENT AND E-MAIL CONSULTATION

As soon as you decide on a treatment, you can ask for an appointment and e-mail consultation – just let us know what dates are suitable for you and we will arrange everything. You will also be asked to fill in a medical questionnaire and, in the case of aesthetic procedures, to send pictures of the area you want to have treated. You will receive an answer from the relevant surgeon who will suggest a treatment personally tailored to your needs and requirements. Your answers in the medical questionnaire will help determine possible risk factors.

Before you travel, it is always essential to take into consideration all conditions that might prevent you from being treated – we are meticulous over this step and we recommend you to be the same. We also suggest the possibility of visiting your general practitioner and inform him about your plans. 

MAKE A RESERVATION

If the result of the consultation is satisfactory from a medical point of view and you think the treatment proposed by the surgeon is the optimum solution for you, then you are ready to make a reservation. We will send you a personalised proposal, including treatment details and all organisational matters related to your trip (in particular, accommodation). You will also receive MediCzech and the Clinic Terms and Conditions, so that you can read them and get properly informed. In order to book a date, you will be asked to pay an average deposit of 500 GBP (500 EUR) and pay for other requested services such as accommodation. You can make the payment online with a credit card or by bank transfer to our account. You will then receive a complete summary of all information related to your stay and a list of preoperative preparations.

BOOK YOUR FLIGHT

Book your flight and send us the details concerning flight number, arrival and departure. We also recommend you to add an extra bit of security to your trip by getting a comprehensive insurance cover with Medical Travel Shield.

There are several daily flights between Prague and London operated by British Airways from Heathrow and there are other flights operated by low cost companies Easy Jet and Wizz Air from Stansted, Gatwick and Luton.
